All data served by the Indiana Property Data API originates from public Indiana government sources, including the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF), county assessor offices, the Indiana Gateway for Government Units, and Sales Disclosure Form (SDF) records.

Public Record

Indiana property data is public record under Indiana Code IC 5-14-3 (Access to Public Records). The data provided through this API reflects information that is freely available from county and state government offices.

Your Rights

As an API subscriber, you may:

• Use API data in your own applications and products
• Display property data to your end users
• Derive analytics, insights, and reports from the data
• Combine API data with other data sources

Restrictions

• Bulk redistribution of raw API data is not permitted.
• You may not use API data to create a competing property data service.
